Why get Involved with Middle TN Clean Fuels?

Middle Tennessee Clean Fuels (MTCF) is a voluntary Clean Cities program of the U.S. Department of Energy. Our goals are to promote the use of alternative vehicles and technologies among fleets within the 40 county middle Tennessee region.  Becoming a member of Middle Tennessee Clean Fuels affirms your commitment to reducing our nation’s dependence on foreign petroleum and working toward environmental sustainability.

MTCF hosts training and information sessions for Coalition members throughout the year, giving you access to industry experts and other Stakeholders who hold similar alternative fuel/technology interests.  These sessions include, but are not limited to, stakeholder meetings, seminars hosted by MTCF and other organizations with talks by industry experts, training sessions on the use of alternative fuels/technologies, as well as testimonials from local fleet owners and their success.

One of the most important benefits of becoming a member of Middle Tennessee Clean Fuels is that throughout the year, the Department of Energy and various other organizations announce funding opportunities for a multitude of alternative technologies, such as vehicle purchase, infrastructure installation, fuel purchasing, research requests and much more.  As a member of MTCF, you will receive notification when these opportunities are announced and, if interested, assistance in preparing the grant application.

Below outlines our annual membership dues structure and additional benefits you will receive, based on your level of membership.

Take a moment to fill out this application to get your organization on the road to improving our community’s air quality and lessening our nation’s foreign oil dependence!
